Subscriptions
Paid plans (Starter, Plus, Elite) are billed monthly in Rwandan Francs (RWF) via MTN Mobile Money or Flutterwave, as shown on the pricing page. Access starts when payment is confirmed by the provider. Your plan end date is shown in your dashboard after purchase.
Refunds
Digital subscription access is delivered immediately after successful payment. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for duplicate charges, failed activation despite successful payment, or technical errors on our side. Contact support with your transaction reference (MTN or Flutterwave) within 7 days of the charge.
We do not refund subscriptions because of prediction outcomes — our service is informational analytics, not guaranteed results.
Cancellations
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you purchase again. When your paid period ends, your account returns to the Free plan limits unless you upgrade again.
