1. Who this service is for
SmartBet AI is a football predictions and analytics platform. It is intended for users who are interested in statistical match predictions, probabilities, and risk indicators for informational purposes. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use services that relate to betting or gambling information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the service complies with the laws of your country or region.
2. Nature of the service — no guarantees
The service provides predictions, probabilities, confidence levels, risk labels, and explanatory content based on data and analytical models. All of this is informational only. It does not constitute advice, encouragement, or a guarantee of any outcome. We do not claim that any match is “fixed” or that results can be guaranteed. Past performance of our models does not guarantee future results. You use the information at your own risk.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the information we provide. Any decision you make—including whether or not to place a bet—is yours alone. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on our content. If you choose to gamble, do so responsibly and within your means.
4. Account and access
To use certain features you must register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access may be tiered (e.g. free and premium). Free access may be subject to daily limits on how many fixture details you can view. Premium or paid tiers, when offered, may give higher or unlimited access as described at the time of purchase.

6. Subscriptions and premium access

Paid subscriptions, when available, will be governed by the terms presented at sign-up or purchase. Until a payment system is in place, premium tiers may be described as “coming soon” and access may be granted by other means (e.g. invitation or manual upgrade).

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the whole service with reasonable notice where practicable. We may also update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date on this page.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartBet AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. Our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you have not paid). Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. Intellectual property and content
The service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and prediction methodology, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission. Match data and third-party content are used under licence; you obtain no rights in that data or content through us.
10. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account or access at any time if we believe you have breached these terms or for operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitation of liability and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.
